Plumbing That Works Where You Live
Southern Utah homes often come with quirks—tight crawlspaces, hard water, aging pipes, and tricky elevation. We’ve worked on remodels in cabins, condos, and commercial buildings from Panguitch Lake to downtown Cedar City, and we know how to build around the limitations that come with older homes or remote properties. We’ll recommend solutions that hold up to local conditions and code requirements.
Or We’ll Handle the Details
We Work With Your Team
We’re a fully licensed plumbing contractor in the State of Utah, and we know how to work in step with your timeline. Whether you’re hiring a general contractor or managing the project yourself, we’ll coordinate every step of the install—from rough-in to final trim. And if you’re not sure what you need yet, we’ll walk you through layout options, fixture recommendations, and long-term considerations before anything gets started.

Questions About Remodeling Plumbing
Do you work with homeowners directly or just contractors?
We’re happy to work with either. If you’re hiring a contractor, we’ll coordinate directly with their team to stay on schedule and meet local codes. If you’re managing your own remodel, we’ll guide you through everything from fixture choices to rough-in requirements. Either way, we’ll make the plumbing part feel simple and manageable.
Can you help me make my bathroom more accessible?
Yes—we specialize in aging-in-place and ADA-compliant bathroom upgrades. This includes installing walk-in tubs, grab bars, low-threshold showers, fold-down seats, and ADA-rated toilets and faucets. We can help improve safety and comfort without sacrificing style.
Do I need to move walls or demo everything to add a bathroom?
Not always. In many cases, we can work within the existing structure to add plumbing where it makes sense. We’ll assess the space, check access to water and drain lines, and give you options based on your budget and layout goals. Our goal is to keep the remodel as efficient and low-disruption as possible.
Can you install high-end or specialty fixtures?
Absolutely. We’ve installed everything from steam shower units to designer freestanding tubs. If you’ve already purchased fixtures, we’re happy to install them—or we can help you choose high-performing options based on your design goals and water system.
What areas do you serve for remodel work?
We work throughout Cedar City, Iron County, and nearby areas including Parowan, Kanarraville, Enoch, and Panguitch Lake. Whether it’s a cabin addition or a full home renovation, we’re ready to help with plumbing that fits your space—and your vision.
